Introducing the CCR WRECKING CREW
NOVEMBER 9, 2025: The old Cape Cod Rowing shed at Wequaquet Lake came down this weekend, and we owe a HUGE thank you to our Wrecking Crew: Alex Gleyzer, Tim Green, Jim Sharkansky, and Al Belanger for getting the job done. A new shed has been ordered and we look forward to its arrival in January, 2026. Donations are gratefully appreciated to help defray the expense. Another Successful HOWL!
On the morning of September 13, members of CCR gathered at the lake for the annual Head of Wequaquet Lake regatta—lovingly known as the HOWL. Following a tremendous sunrise, the weather was picture-perfect for the event. Warm temps, flat water, nothing but sunny skies. The rowers were ready for some friendly competition, with the focus on “friendly,” we are a competitive bunch, after all.
