Cape Cod rowing is a 501 (c)(3) non profit, that is entirely self funded. We rely on our members and the good will of the community to equip and maintain the club. Your donations are truly appreciated and 100% tax deductible. We realize that there are many people who would like to help - but don't know how, so here is a list of our current needs: Equipment: Outboard Motors Reliable, good running, newer 9.9hp - 15hp $750 - $1500 Oars Sculling or sweep oars. New or used. We would be happy to put your / your company name on the oars. $400 + Boats A growing program like ours is always in need of boats. Right now we desperately need a racing quality double and four/quad. $8 000 / $15 000 Marquis Tent At our annual One in Eight Regatta, we need a large (20x80) tent. Weekend May 3rd. Ergs The concept 2 erg is the industry standard indoor rowing machine and we need more. Please consider donating one to the club. $600 Cox Box Every boat needs one and some of ours are getting really old. $450 Volunteers: Race Volunteers for our One in Eight Regatta (May 3rd) for timing, race results, cooking, merchandise sales, etc. Fund Raising Committee - Barbara Stellar does an awesome job, but could always use a hand Equipment maintenance - Boat repair and maintenance, oar labeling and painting, inventory checks and controls, safety equipment upkeep Regatta Help - Parent Support makes our Regattas a GREAT day out.
