Come find out why rowing is one of the fastest growing sports for youth and adults in the country.
Rowing is a low-impact, total-body workout that combines fun with fitness.  Give the ultimate team sport a try and learn what it is all about to participate in the oldest and most highly respected form of athletic competition!

Our adult learn-to-row program (men and women) includes 12 hours of instruction (8 classes) taught by a highly qualified coach.  Nervous about trying it?  Join with a friend!  Meet new friends at Cape Cod Rowing!

We are fortunate to have the Head men's and women's crew coach, Alex Machi, from Massachusetts Maritime Academy as our L-T-R Program Coach.  You will love learning with Alex!
Alex loves to row with anyone who likes the sport and wants to improve.  He is a master at assessing your abilities, and will help you pair up with other Club members so that you can improve your technique.

(Cape Cod Rowing reserves the right to cancel a LTR program if less than 8 rowers; and there is a maximum class size of 12 rowers - Sign up with a friend!)
The L-T-R schedule for 2016 will include two sessions. Each session will include Eight 90 minute  lessons, three days a week.
June 12th - June 29th, 2016
Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays from 7:30am - 9:00am
July 10th - July 27th, 2016
Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays from 7:30am - 9:00am
(NOTE:  If a L-T-R participant cannot do all the weekday classes due to work schedule, they can attend the Sunday classes of BOTH sessions and then add two weekday sessions in when they are available - HOWEVER, please be aware that this schedule would not be ideal for learning).

Please note that you can sign up to continue rowing in the Intermediate Rowing program upon completion of a Learn to Row session, that is coached by Coach Alex Machi too.
